The Team Members greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, take orders, handle payment and thank customers. You’ll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they’re correct, package products and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
The Team Trainer cross-trains current employees, leads new product or procedure training, coaches and follows up on training progress and, when not training, will perform the role of a Team Member. Should have availability to work shifts when training is needed.
The Shift Manager makes sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
The Assistant General Manager sees that Team Members, Team Trainers and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You also assist with facility maintenance, finding, hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Managers and making sure health and safety standards are met.
The Senior Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurants’ operations. Successfully manage the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. You have completed the General Manager training and are ready to manage your own restaurant.
The General Manager finds, hires and develops Team Members and Shift Managers, conducts new hire orientation and develops the training plan for each new hire. You’re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
The Training Manager’s restaurant has been certified to train. The systems and processes in the restaurant meet or exceed all operating metrics / drive consistent restaurant profitability. You train external and internally promoted managers. You are a leader in your area conducting new product roll out meetings, audits and mentoring newly promoted General Managers.
The Associate Area Coach supports the Area Coach in providing leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-8 restaurants to ensure that each General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.
